We keep the core structural range in stock — formply, LVL framing, beams and formwork, and structural plywood in thicknesses from 4 mm to 21 mm — at wholesale prices for formworkers, builders and flooring trades. Call us for current stock and quotes, and pick up from the warehouse or have it delivered next day across Sydney.

Common Questions
What is the difference between F17 and F14 LVL?
F17 and F14 are stress grades — F17 is the stronger, stiffer grade used for beams and heavily loaded formwork, while F14 suits general formwork bearers and joists. Both grades we stock are certified, and the certificates are on our Downloads page.
Do you deliver formply and LVL to Sydney building sites?
Yes — next-day delivery across Sydney metro including Bankstown, Padstow, Revesby, Liverpool and Chullora. Order before midday and it is on site the next business day.
What formply thickness do I need for concrete formwork?
17 mm F17 formply is the standard for most wall and slab formwork. We stock 1800 × 1200 and 2400 × 1200 sheets ready to go — call 0493 959 999 if you are unsure what your pour needs.
Can I pick up from the Milperra warehouse?
Absolutely. We are at 6 Ladbroke St, Milperra NSW 2214 — Monday to Friday 9:30am to 4:30pm. Call ahead and we will have your order ready to load.
