General
These terms apply to all quotations, orders and sales by Tomorrow Timber Pty Ltd trading as TMR Timber (ABN 21 698 966 826). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Quotations & pricing
Quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are in Australian dollars and, unless stated otherwise, exclude GST. Prices may change without notice until an order is confirmed.
Orders & payment
Orders are confirmed on acceptance by us. Payment terms are as stated on the invoice. We may require payment before delivery or pickup.
Delivery & pickup
Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the nominated address or on pickup from our warehouse. Please inspect goods on receipt and note any damage on the delivery docket.
Returns
Returns are accepted only by prior arrangement, within 14 days, for goods in original, resaleable condition. Cut-to-size or specially ordered items cannot be returned. A restocking fee may apply.
Retention of title
Ownership of the goods does not pass to you until payment has been received in full. Until then, you hold the goods as bailee for us.
Product information
Product specifications and certifications are provided by our suppliers. It is your responsibility to confirm suitability of the product for your application and compliance with the relevant building codes.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), our liability is limited to replacement of the goods or refund of the price paid.
